Designed around the details, every component is hand-selected for its contribution, its story, and its energy. Each piece is fabricated using the traditional or modern methods best suited to execute your design, and meticulously finished by hand to your specifications. No two are alike, because no two of us are.
THE PROCESS
01 — Consultation (complimentary) We begin with a conversation, about the intention, be that an occasion, a person, the stones or heirloom pieces you may already have, or a desired outcome. We’ll also talk through any stones or heirloom pieces you may already have, your timeline, and your working budget. No commitment; just clarity. By the end, we will know how to proceed, and what it will roughly take to bring it to life.
02 — Design (20% of agreed budget) This is where your piece takes shape: design concepts, up to two rounds of revision, and curated stone options sourced for you. The design payment reflects the real work of this phase and is non-refundable. Designs remain the property of Goldhenn, you're creating a piece with me, not purchasing the blueprint. (Full design rights may be purchased separately, just ask me.)
03 — Creation (40% upon design approval) With your approval, I lock in your final quote, purchase your stones and precious metals, and begin fabrication. If desired, I'll share snapshots from the bench along the way, so you can watch your piece come to life. Because materials are bought specifically for your piece, this payment becomes non-refundable once sourcing begins.
04 — Delivery (final 40% upon completion) When your piece is completed, we'll do a final reveal together, in person or wherever you are in the world, so you can see it from every angle before it's yours. Once the balance is received, your jewel ships fully insured, signature required, or is placed directly in your hands.
THE TIMELINE
Timelines vary with the complexity of the design and the sourcing of stones; custom pieces require a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks from design approval. Working toward a specific date? Tell me at the very start and I'll build the schedule around it. When necessary, compressed timelines may be accommodated; rush projects incur additional fees that scale with the deadline.
THE INVESTMENT
Custom projects begin at $1,500.
A note on materials: gold, platinum, and silver are traded commodities, and their prices fluctuate daily, sometimes significantly. Final quotes are locked when your design is approved and materials are purchased, which is why estimates given at consultation are working ranges rather than fixed numbers.

Prototyping: from sketch or tech pack to sample, with construction that survives production
Sourcing & costing: stones, materials, and manufacturing partners, with real-world margin math
Production liaison: factory communication, quality standards, and troubleshooting from first sample to final run
Prototyping can move on compressed timelines. Development projects are scoped and quoted individually.
